Gravis Footwear, a division of Burton Snowboards, partnered with PH to develop and execute multiple 360° campaigns over the course of two seasons. The brand was targeted at the creative lifestyle of surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, and art.
The IV icon was developed to echo those four pillars of the brand. Since the Gravis product line is designed to be decidedly clean and minimal, PH took a similar approach in the visual language for all marketing efforts. The theme line “Creative Departures” was created to resonate with the world traveling, creative, action sports mindset demographic. PH took Gravis to an elevated, timeless brand positioning. From specific catalog seasonal launches to team rider specific shoe launches, PH conceived themes, directed photo shoots and executed design for all touch points.
